I normally stay at the best Western location in Mojave, but decided to try this location after being referred. I am so glad that I did because this location is very new with all rooms being inside of the building versus a motel style experience. Martin at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and accommodating and made my stay more comfortable after explaining my parking situation to him. Whenever I am in the area, I will certainly be staying here again.

First time staying here. I was in town for a business trip and the location suited my needs as it was close to the 14, as well as had a nice variety of restaurants nearby. This is a pretty new hotel and everything was well taken care of and exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with nice, soft linens. There was not a single thing out of order or needing repair in my room. The shower amenities were all filled, the water was hot and quick to arrive. My room had a refrigerator and small microwave as well as a coffee-maker and nice basket of coffee supplies. Staff I encountered were all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is wonderful. The breakfast is great. (Wish they had bananas) The rooms are clean and cozy (wish they USB charging) Ingrid at the front desk and bar is phenomenal. She has the most welcoming smile! Very pleasant and recommended fun places to go. She was my go to girl and helped me enjoy my time here. Thank you girlfriend. I'll be back.

My family and I made a trip this weekend to Lancaster to celebrate a very special occasion for my Godson. The Best Western Inn was the shortest distance from the house so I ended up choosing this location. The 1st thing I liked was the accommodating, friendly staff. I would definitely give the front desk Supervisor, Ricardo 10 stars if I could. Main, when I tell you this gentleman had excellent customer service, it's not an exaggeration! The 2nd thing I liked was the cleanliness of the room. When I say spotless, I mean spotless. The 3rd, was the breakfast which exceeded my expectations by far having experienced other hotels continental breakfast options. I was really expecting the regular cereal and bagel and cream cheese kind of set up. But the breakfast at the Best Western had a variety of options including homemade waffles. I can't even recall what all was on the breakfast table, there were just too many options to choose. Considering the cost and the service, I would really recommend the Best Western once you are in the Lancaster area.

Omg the staff here are very caring people from the front desk to the kitchen to housekeeping. Too many to name buy it believe that all the employees know that they know its all love from me. They really give you their unlimited best. Breakfast is always the best especially when you want to get your day off to a great start. They really live up to their name BEST WESTERN PLUS. They put the plus on it 100%. Location is great and has an excellent view. Thank you very much for allowing my stay here to be more pleasant than I expected.

Wonderful staff (Lana is amazing), Clean rooms, great breakfast, nice pool and Jacuzzi. Terrible location............ This place would be perfect if only they had security 24/7 I don't have high expectations.... But 3x my truck people tried to break in.... I've been threatened by a homeless man that he would "smash my face in" in the parking lot , I've had racial slurrs yelled at me by another homeless man in the parking lot..... It's not the hotels fault that there is a large wash area close by , but 24/7 security 7 days a week would make it so this hotel never has a empty room.

And the Free breakfast in the AM is great and never boring.. Always freshly made and The year around heated pool & spa is 1 of the best things I like about this place[. Love this place and staff
